What are dock and door brush seals?

Dock leveler brush seals are used around loading dock doors, which are the large doors at warehouses where trucks back in for loading/unloading. While typically mounted around the perimeter of the dock leveler, they can also be installed at service doors, overhead door sides and bottoms, or on a dock seal or shelter system.
